  The last 3 times I have been to the Vienna McDonald my wait time was terrible. The last time i was there was on April 29th at 12:30 p.m. Something is wrong with way they are doing food service. while i was waiting a lady came in from the drive through and had been waiting for 20 min. After 15 min I asked about my order and got no help. I then asked for my money back and that took about 10 min. What ever is going on at this location need to be fixed.
